OTC Markets May 4, 2017
We are pleased to announce, beginning in May 2017, companies that follow the Alternative Reporting Standard (ARS) may qualify for the OTCQB Venture Market. The new rules will enable non-SEC Reporting venture stage companies to align themselves with over 900 of their peer companies that trade on OTCQB.
We have updated rules for OTCQB to provide non-SEC Reporting companies with the benefits of public trading, while lowering the cost and complexity of being public. The new market standards give Alternative Reporting Companies an efficient way to raise their profile among the investor and broker dealer communities, access greater liquidity, and trade on an SEC-recognized market, removing the trading restrictions placed on Pink market securities.
As America’s Venture Market, OTCQB offers visibility support and creates opportunities for companies seeking to build greater shareholder value.
