Lawsuits can drag on, but Larry Sands is a lawyer himself, so I am sure the costs won't get too out of hand. My main concerns right now are How are they doing at debt elimination and how earnings will look. We have been trading in a range and that trading range is tight right now and I am sure we are going to see either a pop or a drop soon. I refuse to speculate on which it will be, but I remain optimistic.
