If in fact that T trade, which is not reported to FINRA, is in fact short sales which I believe it is the short sale percentage would be 47%. Now if the wash trades used to simulate selling, walk down the price and lower the FINRA short sale percentages were eliminated the short percentage would be way way higher than what is being reported. Go NTEK!!!
