One day your shares will be BLTA, the next day they will be USGL......
....and this will happen WAY BEFORE the dust even starts to get stirred up about the R/S.
Keep in mind....the R/S could occur in a few weeks, or 9 months......it is up to the BOD to decide when it is best for the shareholder's interests.....
