That's likely a market order trying to fill which would be difficult as nobody wants to buy this soon to be revoked garbage.
Folks, another option would be to contact your broker and ask for a penny for the lot, as some call it, for a tax write off. That would likely be better than risk many multiple trade fees with a market order.
TECO is too illiquid and without buyers to try and sell.
