Was initially proposed as a 10:1 split. In my opinion, this is great news - as to me, it signals that they have more faith that the stock price will remain above 1.00/share with the smaller deviation....
This split is already causing another dip - so seems to be time to pick up a few more shares for the end of year announcements....
