I am assuming that you mean the 10-Q. It is due by Monday May 15. If the company doesn't file it by the due date, they can then file Form 12b-25 with the SEC no later than one business day from the due date. This would then give the company an extra 5 calendar days to file the 10-Q.

Last year they filed it on May 16, because the 15th was a Sunday.
