I don't see anyone voting against the name change ( wouldn't make a bit of sense keeping it Baltia) and very little voting against the R/S (mostly because they can't see past the true benefit it will bring us by stabilizing the share structure). But even with some NO's on that proposal, both will pass IMO. I believe this will be due to the non votes being voted for the individual as the proxies see fit and also the fact that management and whales as some like to refer them as have already stated their position. I just can't see how it wouldn't pass. JMO
