Thanks for posting this. I've added this and other updates to the board info. I've seen bashers- usually those who had a previous relationship with a company-try to destroy those other companies also-the revenge vendettas of ex's, whether ex employees or ex mgmt or ex contractual relationships or ex spouses etc- people who spend their entire life's energies tied up in revenge-how sad.

Interference with a contractual relationship or business is of course a tort, and there are other possible available legal remedies also.

I dont blame the CEO for being po'd. That is one of the major reasons these penny companies don't reveal more info to stockholders-how do you reveal info to longs without revengers or bashers finding out also.
