Owcp originally did fire Ziv, he never had the chance to resign. But once the company announced in the original 8-k he resigned and was moving on, that's false and owcp is legally bound to correct that, thus the amended 8-k. Short and simple there lawyer messed the original 8-k up. For the record though, this position is with there subsidiary and not the public company, so they didn't even have to report it. They did it for strictly transparency.
