No, comparing something fixable to actual shit.
GOP had 7 years to have something better waiting in the wings.
It is, as described, "a plan that would gut health coverage for millions of Americans while delivering tax cuts to the rich."
In other words a tax cut unsuccessfully masquerading as a repeal and replace healthcare plan.
