I am small potatoes hoping to become a bigger potato soon.
I remember when I first started investing a few years ago and I could call them at anytime 24/7 and get live help and on those few occasions I had been drinking they were still helpful and professional at 2 a.m.
In reality they have treated me great and I have my 401, trader and checking accounts with them, one call does it all.
Zero fees on anything, ATM fee's credited and $4.95 on trades.
