I see the reverse merger as a real possibility here. NTEK has been cleaning up their toxic debt the last 6 months and now have updated and revised the financials. Either one of these private companies is about to takeover so they can make an easy transition to go public or we are gearing up for audited financials. It's good news either way for all of us longs.
