Atlantic caters to the general/corporate aviation segment. I think the relationship between Atlantic and USGL is to lease the necessary space and maybe also fuel purchases. Signature is the other FBO on the field at SWF. Ideally, USGL would want to lease the space directly from the Port Authority, but since Atlantic holds the long term lease on those facilities that won't happen.
The hangar can only hold a B737 or A320 sized aircraft, according to this press release from Atlantic in December 2016 when they acquired it.

It won't be hard to miss a 767 if they should bring one to SWF for the SHM, but as the only news so far is a letter of intent to lease, this is probably something that will have to wait. Who would foot the bill for Kalitta to fly it over? The hangar will likely be empty on Thursday to accommodate the shareholders and subsequent press conference.
