In your defense...or in OUR defense.....the SHM is approaching quickly, and this has a high priority for most of us.
The votes FOR and FOR are all part of the rebirth process.
Imagine those who don't live and breath BLTA everyday........receiving their information about proxy voting this morning and saying, "Hmm....I had forgotten about this one. I wonder what is going on here."
It just might influcence the market next week, one way or the other.
Either they might want to get out now....or pick up a few more.
