You forgot a few things...higher up staff tend not to acknowledge you as a person and therfore treat u like shit most of the time. i don't mean having to make u feel special to pamper u. i mean lack of mutual respect. This i know is a reality. In other words as u said, there is no shortage of PAs. you definitely need a thick skin. This was told to me by people who work/worked in the industry. But what u pointed out is very accurate.
