I have no doubt that the company was no longer happy with Ziv. We can all understand that, and we can also surmise that discussions may have taken place on how to part ways, and that some pressure to resign may have been exerted.
What I don't understand is the need for the company to terminate him when he had already handed in his resignation 4 days earlier. Leave it alone! It's the subsequent termination notice that opens the company to a lawsuit, not the resignation.
