I just got off the phone with Fidelity, a very nice and professional man named Byron assisted me.

Bottom line, he said we have not sent it out yet, but we will. You'll get an email to log into your account, obtain the control number and vote at proxyvote.com

I'm signed up for electronic receipt of all shareholder notifications regarding proxy server.

So I asked why all the other firms have already sent it out, and if their current trade restriction was a factor....ABSOLUTELY NOT...UNRELATED TO THAT ISSUE.

So then I said...the special shm is next Thursday May 11....I'm running out of time here, along with lots of people with lots of shares, wanting to vote!

He did not come right and say it, but imo he is kicking this up a notch to mgmt and get the damn things sent out.

I might even call HQ about this to put some pressure on them.
