CEO has Tweeted no new shares and no restrictions lifted. One shareholder has 89M shares - that is probably who was attempting to manipulate the price down by flashing 110M on the ask at .0006 earlier causing a few to panic and sell into the waiting bids at .0005 and .0004. They might get reported to FINRA now so I don't expect them to try it again - we'll see.
