In ref to getting the Proxy.
I just got off the phone with (THINK or SWIM)TD Ameritrade and my proxy went out in today's mail and they also gave me a CONTROL # that I can cast my vote on www.proxyvote.com with that number
Casting my vote now..
All it took was phone call. I will have a hard copy to bring to the SHM..
