RMHB did it on pretty shoddy revenues as well. You've highlighted her major problem though. Communication. Too many are in the dark as to what happened with Amazon. Too many got upset with the addition of another toxic note when she said there'd be none. Silver lining is she is still current, but much needs to be made up for the SP to recover to respectability.
