I think one needs to put this in perspective and take off the OTC lens. I have said it before - what possible benefit does it do to HJOE to continue to "speak" to SHs if they have no intentions of following through?
On the flip side - the negative sentiment's only benefit is to get a SH revolt and sue the company to hamsting them. Since the stock is not trading - why else bash and try to stir up SHs? However, if there was anything to recover from a lawsuit- there wohld be no reason to sue as the company WOULD be making money which would then support their c9ntention that they ARE viable and thus it is logical to assume that they are serious about coming back. I realize that seems "far fetched" in OTC land but what else is logical? Suing a broke company...? Where is the return...?
