So with the current share structure. 06 would give us a 48mm market cap. That imo is an extremely low valuation for what we have going on here this year. You will be adding another public company, 2 private companies and a major studio and 65 million in financing and a 4 million dollar direct stock purchase at twice the market value at time of purchase. Imo our investment here will be sporting a price easily
north of .10 with the current share structure in the next month to two months and imo deservedly so. A major media company is about to hand over 4 million dollars for stock and they are going to pay TWICE what the market is paying. That is a huge vote of confidence especially coming from a company that knows the business and knows more details here than we do and I honestly don't see them looking for .06 cents and if the market price drifts above .03 before the merger is official they will be paying more than .06 for their shares.
