Taking a look at this default it looks as if HJOE will be directed to pay 64.5K requested through default judgment plus legal interest on the loan, with waved admin costs and legal fees. There must be more to it then that??
HJOE should have those funds and not being a lawyer or in the know, I believe they'll be requested to pay those funds. Let's be honest, a default doesn't teach KBM anything. HJOE was silent on a response and let it go to default.
They've implied that it doesn't matter. Why it doesn't matter is far beyond my understanding, and on the surface and paper it doesn't look good that they defaulted.
The secret weapon may be Veal and the counter suit, requesting that KBM open their books to discovery? Again, I'm not sure about that either. Hell, at this point I don't know shit. What do you guys think??
