These traders know that left alone and absent any big news the OWCP will likely move up to say 1.10. And they will leave the stock alone when it reaches a new resistance. The traders will then sell and pick up a nice gain and begin shorting the stock and putting whatever other pressure to bare (like bashing) and when the stock finds new resistance they start the process all over. However, when the big, positive news hits these guys become our "friends" and will add to the buying spree that will bring the stock up substantially. Of course, at some point they will realize profits, slow the stock, but likely will be fearful of shorting as they could get burned when good news follows more good news.

I am down big on paper but very confident the stock will have its days' and reward the faithful.
