One of the board posters pm'd me this- SeD has updated their website with the divisions listed:

One of the companies listed is called Vivacitas. I had not seen this name mentioned anywhere before. It looks like they just formed it and launched a new website. Not very impressed with it. The International Infusion guys are involved in it. Have no idea how these 2 exactly got involved in this- maybe it was part of the deal they made with SeD to settle the loan owed to them? I can't see any other reason for it. I spoke to Jeff Stephens a year ago- not impressed to say the least. He has a degree in Psychology from Southern Indiana- not exactly Harvard MBA. Those guys are in WAY over their head.
