I was talking to a large shareholder in California last night. He is worried about this convertible note; thinks it will be converted immediately upon release of the 10Q, which he says has been delayed to thwart the converters.
I was calling him asking for larger shareholder scuttlebutt, and he has none.
What's the scoop? Are they going to get this thing going, or not?
