on the Kodiak mess-here is an email response from mr. friedland on the subject-just his opinion-I thought it was worth posting here:

Reed: I have forwarded your emails to company management.
I'm only an advisor to the company, but my personal conclusion, from the little bit I know, is that it sounds to me like the law firm, Sichenzia Ross conspired with Kodiak to defraud OWC. I think that OWC management relied on Sichenzia, as the law firm that they had to engage to represent OWC, but in reality Sichenzia Ross was "in bed" with Kodiak, and not looking out for the best interests of their client, OWC.
