Problems We're Having

I think many of us longs thought the N-assay would be available for use after the Conference presentations and journal articles. We may not have realized that 3rd party validation is now also required, thus pushing out the marketability timeline by anywhere from 6 months to a year as well as introducing an additional level of uncertainty to the project..

I thought there were numerous non-human based uses--food poisoning, etc.-- for which additional validation was not required; so the test could be used immediately. Is that not what the giant multi-national is using the test for?

The bottom line is that the lack of follow through on the proposed plant expansion and the above contingencies have seriously extended an already quite long developmental arc.
