Please get your facts straight.
The CEO is still Michael Welch--no "new ceo". The bottling (canning) facility is not complete; we don't know if they've even started building it yet--no "new bottling plant", yet. Sales tanked in 4Q16/2H16, before the change of ownership and cash infusion.
My take:
The company is in a process of capex buildout, e.g. transitioning from a dependent producer/bottler to an independent producer/bottler. Sure, there have been kinks in the sales hose, and bringing Gerry David onto the board will go a *very* long way to getting far ahead of the management learning curve and smoothing out those kinks.
