OTC has $DIRV current. They have filed 8k's and 10ks the last 2 weeks of April.

CDEL on ask @.0006 53k shares and then backed up by a few .0007's at around 37 million shares between them.
Today mostly only 6's or above filled...one order got filled for .0005 and then went right back to .0006.
