You don't even have to formally analyze the data to see why . . . .
A cursory visual inspection will show this process at work :
(1) .. News, often BIG NEWS, provides a BID
(2) .. Large holders of the 3 billion original shares dump into the BID
These are LARGE HOLDERS that were suckered into taking
a position by the prior version of Net Savings Link -- the set
of Corporate Managers before the current set. .YEARS AGO.
ONE COULD FAIRLY SUSPECT that current management
is running a news cycle that enables the OLD LARGE SHARE
HOLDERS to exit gracefully, and perhaps with a good profit.
Look at the transactions for the last Month or so with a list of
NEWS ITEMS ( including tweets ) and the related DATES
in your hand. .. The reality jumps off the page . . . .
