The company has set its own timeline in the releases since December, so they will be their own benchmark for how well they are doing. May 15th is the first test assuming the report is filed timely as it has been for the last several quarters.

I'm not trying to take a stance either way here, so a little more time is needed to see how well they can execute against their own published commitments.
