Well he did and thats that. He eliminated the SEC objections IMO and now all they have to chase is their tails.

JBII rockets when the SEC puts out a PR that they fudged up. In the mean time JBII trades the best it can awaiting a introduction from the new guy Rauber.

Im thrilled to death that Rock Tenn is so intertwined with JBI. John is free to manufacture processors in NFNY while Rauber will be setting up over sized loads destined to locations all over the country.
