Oh yes OWCP had pull backs and slow volume days.
It was all the more dramatic after 6 days straight of 30, 40, 50, & 90% increase in a row. It's easy to get lulled to sleep after a week or two of slow days and think it's all over... which is exactly what some would like you to do.
