Not technically, but absolutely, a company making 1 product would have to set up a dedicated operation in each state to do biz there. All MMJ pharmas will have this problem, not just us. Only way it gets fixed is setting up a national wholesaler to stock individual MMJ products to service the dispesaries in each state. Too expensive for a pharma to do it 50 times.
