Sure, I'll answer anything within my three-post allotment. I'm an open book.
PTOI isn't on the SHO list and the NASDAQ website says PTOI currently has no short interest. There are minimal shares short, naked or otherwise.
If you want to subscribe to goofball theories about tens of millions of PTOI shares short and how the SHO data and short data is manipulated then you need to ask the expert championing those theories. If you want my advice...which I know you don't...ask the expert of those theories to provide evidence--that may save you from having to eventually unlearn everything you've learned about penny stocks from your fellow PTOI investors.
Short sellers are a popular scapegoat among investors who don't want to face the fact that they threw money at a bad company.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
