How long before other coummunities in other states offer grants and/or no-interest loans to JBII to come set up shop?

Think of the local benefits:

(1)  Help the local economy by helping farmers and businesses save on disposal costs.

(2)  Help the local environment.

(3)  Help the local economy by creating green, self-sustaining local jobs.

(4)  Help governments by increased number of tax-payers (property taxes of the P2O cluster for example).
