That is a terrible news release. Who wrote that? It must have been a DECN iHub poster, the same guys who complain about all of DECN's news releases.
That release does not say that a "Unistrip dealer made agreement with Lifescan."
Fact is DECN killed Lifescan's 105 patent and as a result the litigation Lifescan had going with Unistrip had to be settled. And so it was for what appears to be a walkaway. Big deal.
"I wonder who makes it to the shelves first."
Call Unistrip and ask why they cannot be sold on Amazon or Jet.com or Sears. They were tossed from those sites because their product doesn't work as well as big time FDA problems. The product is a joke. Perfect for DECN iHub posters.
