The day will come when the ASK will realize that they don't have to drop down to the BID in order to sell shares.
Towards the close of the day, the BID will rise to the ASK, not vice versa (the ASK dropping down to the BID) as has been happening in the past.
It might take until after the SHM......unless the ASK gains the confidence to try it and just hold out for a day or two.
When the ASK has the confidence to hold firm, the BID will chase......and BLTA will creep north..............
