This whole incident happened because of the ambiguity of emails.

It was there and I acted on it.

If it was clear then Rhinegold wouldn't have added the name Laconic today to make it evident it was laconic's response.

In any event...I want to apologize for this mess.
I don't feel I was in this alone however and in hindsight some of your emails to me (Rhinegold) lead me to further believe that it was in fact David 's comments.
