what will move *interest* and volume on PTOI .. is the MOU conveying to a DA/PO

and that being 8k'd and PR'd

also suspect the seating of BoD candidates will catch *interest* too
burn rate being reduced via blending site being leased .. will catch some attn
RH updarting his form/s as CFO did @ the EO 2016 .. will as well

there is more imo.. but this first Shareholder Update of 2017 .. won't be P2O's last

slow and steady wins this war .. CEs' are stuck in the muck of their own making
