The next PR could be a variety of things that would be positive. Keeping an open mind, since we do have such a good team, is a good idea. I can remember so many times when a board obsessed over what the next PR would be and when the company did not achieve that by the next PR people sold because their expectations were not met. It is definitely best to stick with a good company with good management and understand they are working it.

They know more than us. For all we know they could have multiple buildable offers from malls in multiple locations that could have started yesterday but the team is trying to negotiate the best deal to create precedent on mall rebates for future build outs.(something that was alluded to in the conference call).
