Why is the price at .9 cents 202, million shares ,poor job with the last offering, the elusive fluticare approval . I think people jumped on this for approval of fluticare for a quick trade now there slowly leaving. OTC " 544 " holders of this stock that's pretty low . My opinion it will take time an sales to move the price .
