imo this first buyer (like i suspect many buyers going forward) has it own investors to appease

i'm not sure but i've always wondered (based on the repetitive nature of 2 of the
3 2016 Shareholder Updates if the price of oil remaining above X ppb for X no.
of months was one of the conditions in place ..

regardless imo this was an informative Shareholder Update for all P2O investors

and the nice thing is we know what comes next .. and when .. the Q is due to be filed this month .. and we get the update on the MOU/DA

personally based on the comfort level of the investors backing Robin .. and all
legal counsel who would have had to sign off of this PR for all parties (buyer/backers and P2O)

it would appear it is close to being conveyed and 8k'd
