when P2O converts MOU to DA and that converts to a PO ..
let me know the number of shares being sold and their PPS ..
i've kept funds free since 2013 (last above 1.00) for the express purpose
of DCA'ing PTOI shares held via 401k .. which CONveniently doesn't allow
any buys (regardless of where traded) on those companies that fall below 1.00
they all collude .. and not one troll or hedgie minion will acknowledge the elephant
in the *reported* room

do you know what the flash crash (May 2010) revealed?
the SEC didn't have any access to any daily tape of trades .. on any *stock*
they had to rely on MMs and B/Ds .. and so on .. for that *data input*
