NEW LONGER TERM UPTREND is underway,
but todays action is clearly encouraging.

I'm back in with about a 1/4 position @ .0135.
How the stock reacts to the coming Q1 report
will be crucial to the medium term action of next
few weeks. If ICNB can close above .017 'AFTER'
the Q1 report then a SERIOUS run at .03+ again
could take place by the time we get to the Q2 report
in AUG.
