I am wondering. Does anyone know what the person in Florida that was contracted out by OWCP has actually done? Most of the staff you can relate some information back to them but I'm curious what value this individual has actually brought though I do understand what conceptually they should? Was just curious if anyone had been able to trace anything back to him.
