I think that distribution of ntgl shares will coincide with finally some news that they have a deal to protect pps from collapsing. Can you imagine that when we get the long promised shares that it comes with a money making deal. Wow this would make this stock explode to the upside big time. Distributing shares with no news may prompt a sell off. Right now they benefit ntek as an investment credit to prop up the balance sheet. So there is no incentive to distribute shares at this point. If some how they can get something done by the SHM that will be a big positive for all the patient shareholders.
