wow .. just waded thru the back half of SEC's non retail user friendly FTD website
because once my curiosity is piqued .. i have to figure out what it is they are doing
i know they don't have PTOI shares .. because at every turn since P2O was wrested back
PTOI's YTD volume has decreased ..
so folks ask me where do they get their shares from .. my answer is for probably
a good chunk of 2014 .. dirty whales *utilized* their certs until they literally couldn't any more
they would have been called by a MM (most likely to TA) and then *sold*
after how many months/years of *utilization* (2012 - 2015)
in 2015 .. NR most likely accessed based on expectation of *settlement* and
another *dirty entity* .. imo both sources (4M in total) .. of which 80% of the 3M
went to NR in total and the entire 1M washed between CFGN and NN went to NR
were extrapolated from multiple times over in 2015 and 2016 ..
so look at the actual *large* P2O investors who have their certs with various
B/Ds
i have no doubts that my *shares* are utilized via FIDO .. because beyond setting
a GTC for 500,000 @ 2.00 (limit Fido has placed on PTOI until PPS increases) ..
I am unwilling to *lose* the others if I should be incommunicado .. which does happen a few x per month
so FIDO has *access* to those .. and don't believe the BS about lack of access
to cash accts .. they all collude because they can almost always control the outcome
of an OTC target .. usually merely by compressing the PPS ..
so we know *volume* was essentially cut off @ the EO 2016 .. but *Volume*
ramped double what they usually showed in Dec 2016 (1.1M became 2.2M) ..
which struck me as odd .. but possibly as a last ditch effort for EOY *efforts* ..
because of carrying it forward .. especially when they literally *cant* show volume anymore

riddle me this .. how do they get away with this blatant BS .. week in and week out
EC is correct about one thing *there* .. perverted stats are FOS
